1. During transportation and storage, the adhesive tape should be kept clean and avoid direct sunlight or exposure to rain and snow. It should also avoid contact with substances such as acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents, and be kept at a distance of one meter from heating equipment.
2. During storage, the temperature of the oil resistant conveyor belt warehouse should be maintained between 18-40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%.
3. During storage, the goods must be placed in rolls and not folded. The storage period should be flipped once every quarter.
4. Transport belts of different types and standard layers should not be used together, and it is best to use adhesive bonding for their joints.
5. The type of conveyor tape, high-temperature resistant conveyor tape structure, standards, and number of layers should be selected reasonably according to the usage conditions.
6. The operating speed of the conveyor belt should usually not exceed 2.5 meters per second. For materials with large block size and high wear, and for unloading equipment using fixed pears, low speed should be selected as much as possible.
7. The connection between the diameter of the transmission drum of the transport machine and the fabric layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the reversing drum, and the requirement for the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the planning rules of the transport machine.
8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape. To reduce the impact of material falling on the tape, a chute should be used to minimize the interval between material drops; The receiving section of the tape should shorten the spacing between the rollers and use buffer rollers for leakage. A soft and moderate material blocking plate should be selected to prevent the blocking plate from becoming too hard and scratching the surface of the conveyor belt.
