The feeding should be uniform, otherwise it may cause material accumulation and overload of the driving device, leading to early damage to the entire machine.

3. In order to meet the requirement of starting the screw conveyor without load, the conveyor should be stopped from adding materials before stopping, and the operation can only be stopped after the materials inside the casing are completely emptied.

4. Strong large pieces of material must not be mixed into the transported material to prevent the screw from getting stuck and causing damage to the screw machine.

5. Regularly inspect the working status of various parts of the screw conveyor during use, carefully check whether the fastening parts are loose. If the invention parts are loose, immediately tighten the screws and re tighten them.

6. It is necessary to carefully check whether the screws between the spiral tube and the connecting shaft are loose. If this phenomenon is discovered, it should be immediately stopped and corrected.

7. The machine cover of the spiral conveyor should not be removed during mechanical operation to avoid disorder.

After one year of use, the above methods should be used again for maintenance, which can achieve excellent results.
④ The spiral conveyor suspension bearings should be of M2 type, and lubricating grease should be added to each shift. Each suspension bearing pad should be lubricated with about 5 grams of grease. High temperature materials should use ZN2 sodium based grease, and self-lubricating bearing pads should also be included in a small amount of lubricating grease.
