Mastering discipline and correcting deviations: The deviation of the tape conveyor has a certain discipline, which can be summarized as "running tight but not loose, running high but not low, and running after but not before". When the tension on one side of the tape is high and the specific force is tight, while the tension on the other side is low and the specific force is loose, it will deviate towards the side with tight tension; When the supporting rollers and other devices are not aligned with the running direction of the conveyor belt, but one side is higher and the other side is lower, the conveyor belt will deviate towards the higher side; When the roller support and other devices are not on the section where the conveyor belt runs vertically, but on one side in front and one side behind (depending on the direction of the conveyor belt), the conveyor belt will run backwards. Careful inspection should be carried out during the process, and disciplinary deviations and obstacles should be mastered, which can be effectively eliminated item by item. One reason is that the tape tends to deviate towards the same side in both unloaded and overloaded environments. If the elasticity on both sides of the tape varies, the tape will deviate towards the tighter side. At this point, accepting the tension adjustment mechanism can roughly balance the tension and achieve correction.
The tape always deviates to one side when unloaded. Then accept several sets of roller supports that mediate the deviation side, and move them forward about 10-20 (mm) while running along the tape. At the same time, move more roller sets forward on the deviation side, resulting in better correction results. The third reason is that the adhesive tape deviates left and right and is not firmly attached, indicating that the tape is too loose. Accepting mediation and tension agencies can increase tension and correct deviations. The tape deviates at the transmission drum, indicating a deviation in the verticality of the drum or unilateral wear. Accept and adjust the degree of smoothness or repair wear of the roller to achieve correction. When the tape deviates at the reversing drum, it usually deviates towards which side, that is, the drum shaft at that side moves forward along the conveyor belt to correct the deviation.
