2. After determining the orientation of the guide rail, a torque wrench can be used to apply a certain amount of torque and tighten and fix the screws in the corresponding order. It is also necessary to ensure that the reference surface at the bottom of the guide rail is close to the equipment surface at the bottom of the conveyor belt. It is also possible to place the straight block in the middle of two guide rails according to a certain proportion of the gap, and then select something that is measured and compared according to the standard, so that the side reference planes of the straight block and the reference side guide rail are parallel. In the future, a certain torque is selected to tighten the screws of the device. First, fix one slider of the driven side guide rail and two sliders of the reference side guide rail on the channel of the transport equipment. Then, fix the driven side guide rail and the other slider separately on the transport machine, and use the reference side guide rail as the precise fixed channel;
3. We also need to start from one end of the straight guide rail to check the appearance of the rolling resistance of the driven side straight guide rail, and wait until it is fully determined before tightening the screws in the future.
