The bucket elevator should pay attention to insulation resistance:
The motor of the bucket elevator should be regularly inspected and repaired, and the electric oil drum pump should be regularly inspected and repaired. The power cord should be checked for internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, loose brush tailstock, excellent contact between the commutator and brush, moderate open circuit in the armature winding stage expansion stator winding, and damage to the bearings and rolling parts.
Pay attention to the insulation resistance of bucket elevator. For electric pumps that are not necessary or used in humid environments for a long time, it is necessary to measure the insulation resistance of the winding with a 500 volt megohmmeter before use. When the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, it is necessary to dry the winding.
After the wear of the transmission shaft and lining of the bucket elevator, the clearance between them increases, which will inevitably affect the lifting amount. In this case, the normal working clearance can be restored by repairing the transmission shaft or bushing. If the wear of the active shaft is minor, simply press out the old liner and replace it with a standard sized liner, and the cooperation gap can be restored to the agreed size. If the wear of the active shaft and the bushing is severe and the cooperation gap exceeds the standard, it is not only necessary to replace the bushing, but also to use chrome plating or oscillation welding to increase the diameter of the active shaft, and then grind it to the standard size to meet the cooperation requirements with the bushing.
Overheating of the motor is a common problem that occurs during the operation of bucket elevators. Detailed analysis and inspection are as follows:
1. Using scale beyond bucket to improve machine planning requirements?
Select suitable motors according to the series spectrum
2. Does the medium density exceed the bucket elevator equipment motor?
Equip suitable motors for the large river bucket elevator
3. Is the packing gland pressed too tightly or the mechanical seal spring adjusted too tightly?
Adjust the compression amount of the tension spring of the gland or mechanical seal again
4. Is the installation quality poor, with conflicts or the motor not concentric with the spindle?
