The normal order of replacing bucket chains is to first open the inspection door, dismantle the bucket chain, welcome the newly replaced and assembled bucket chain, and at the top of the elevator, manually rotate the transmission device slowly, so that the new bucket chain gradually enters the casing, and the old bucket chain is dragged out of the casing. 1. Operators should regularly replenish the chain lubricant, reducer, and bearing grease of the machine head and tail;

2. Regularly check the tightness of the hoist belt. If there is an environment where the belt is loose and slipping, the tail screw of the machine should be adjusted in real time and the hoist belt should be tightened.

3. Check for any material leakage at the inlet of the hopper, the flange connection of the elevator, and the tail shaft head of the machine head, and apply sealant or replace the sealing filler.
