② Parallel axis reducer
The parallel axis reducer accepts cylindrical gears, two-stage transmission, and adopts gear splash lubrication method. The reducer has a high load-bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, good sealing system, and reliable installation.
③ Disc brake
The brake device adopts a rear mounted layout of the oil cylinder, effectively preventing contamination of brake friction due to oil leakage, and ensuring that the brake can provide sufficient braking torque according to the planned requirements. At the same time, it also prevents the phenomenon of cylinder jamming, with a compact layout, agile movement, and a idle time of no more than 0.3 seconds. Adjusting the brake shoe clearance is convenient and agile, and the braking is reliable.
④ Hydraulic station
Proportional pressure regulation, electrical delay two-stage braking, and dual pump oil supply hydraulic station are currently the most reliable hydraulic stations in terms of matching skills and performance for domestic elevators. The pressure regulation of the hydraulic system is all completed by electrical control, and the delay time can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 10 seconds.
