1、 Composition and operating principle of driving equipment
The driving equipment is the device that drives the operation of the cableway. The driving equipment has a main driving system and an auxiliary or emergency driving system. When the main power supply, main motor, or main electrical control system cannot be put into operation, the auxiliary or emergency driving system should be put into operation in a timely manner.
The main drive system of the cyclic uncoupling cable car is based on the principle that the main drive motor is connected to the input shaft of the reducer through a universal joint. A disc brake is installed at the end of the universal joint as the working brake. The output shaft of the reducer is connected through a spline (or other method) to transmit power to the drive shaft. The drive shaft passes through a hollow shaft fixed on the frame or mobile car, and is connected to the drive wheel installed on the hollow shaft bearing through a chain coupling (or other method) to transmit torque to the drive wheel. In this way, the tension of the carrier cable is received by the hollow shaft, and the drive shaft only transmits torque and does not receive the tension of the carrier cable. There is one or several sets of safety brakes installed on the rack inside the drive station, which act on the rim of the drive wheel. The driving wheel uses friction to transmit driving or braking force to the carrier cable.
The emergency drive system usually uses a diesel engine as a power source to drive a hydraulic oil pump, which converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor next to the reducer or at the driving gear ring. When there is a power outage or malfunction but the gearbox can still be used, the hydraulic motor next to the gearbox transmits torque to drive the cableway, so that the main drive motor does not participate in the cableway drive. When the gearbox malfunctions, remove the chain coupling (or use other methods) to disconnect the drive wheel from the drive shaft. The outer gear ring at the bottom of the drive wheel is driven by the small gear on the hydraulic motor at the drive gear ring, and the driving wheel rolls. Under the urgent driving system, the driving wheel transports passengers back to the station on the line, and neither the main motor nor the gearbox participates in the cableway operation.
