1. It is necessary to clean the area around the opening of the installation riser and prohibit throwing materials downwards. It is necessary to cover the hole cover tightly after the homework is completed;

2. During the hydrostatic test, a wooden board should be placed under the radiator. The pressurization should be carried out slowly, and after pressurization, it is not allowed to forcefully rush or collide, and it is not allowed to repair with electricity;

3. When installing, supporting, and hanging pipes, they should be well coordinated up and down. It is necessary to tightly cover the reserved openings in the floor without any equipment. It is necessary to balance and stabilize the use of zigzag ladders, temporary scaffolding, ropes, etc. Scaffolding must not be overweight, and there must be no open space or probe boards;

4. Rust removal and painting of pipes should be carried out before installation;

5. When shoveling pipe breaks, grinding, removing flying spikes, and knocking welding slag, operators should wear protective goggles and no one is allowed to be on the opposite side;

6. During pipeline flushing, a dedicated person should be assigned to monitor the discharge outlet. During the blowing and testing process, no device or maintenance shall be carried out;

7. When installing the riser, a request should be made to the general contractor before opening the steel mesh or safety protection cover plate reserved for the opening. After completing the procedures for using the opening, it can be removed. After the operation is completed, the reserved hole safety protection cover should be restored and tightly covered;

8. When cooling the riser of the device, it is necessary to weld the flange of the final pipe connected to the cooling tower before connecting it to the plastic flange of the cooling tower. Before welding the installation riser, it is necessary to request a hot work permit, assign a dedicated person to watch the fire, prepare fire-fighting equipment, and seal the holes in the shaft with damp asbestos cloth to prevent sparks from falling to the next layer;

9. Pipelines installed in trenches or wet areas should have lighting equipment, and the lighting voltage should not exceed 12V.
