1. It is necessary to establish preventive maintenance guidelines for mechanical equipment. The main job responsibilities are: cleaning, smoothing, fastening, adjusting, and anti-corrosion; The scope of work includes depth and cycle. Due to differences in equipment type, working conditions, and data quality. Therefore, work projects are carried out in stages according to the length of the cycle.

2. It is necessary to establish regular maintenance cycles, work items, and skill standards at all levels based on the wear and tear rules of equipment components, in conjunction with the operating conditions, and in accordance with the original factory instructions.

3. It is necessary to handle the relationship between maintenance and production well. When organizing production, it is necessary to consider the time required for mechanical equipment maintenance; When carrying out maintenance work, it is advisable to make the most of or minimize the production time to reduce the impact on construction production.

4. Regular maintenance includes both daily maintenance and graded maintenance according to regular cycles.

5. Each shift maintenance, also known as routine maintenance, is the maintenance work carried out by operators or equipment users during commuting and shift handover, with a focus on checking cleanliness and smoothness. Maintenance is carried out before, during, and after each shift.

6. Graded maintenance is divided into three types: first level, second level, and third level. Large equipment implements a multi-level maintenance system, while small and medium-sized mechanical equipment implements a first and second level maintenance system. First level maintenance is based on smoothness and tightness; Secondary maintenance is based on fastening and adjustment; The third level maintenance aims to eliminate hidden dangers.

7. The maintenance of large machinery below level one and the maintenance of small and medium-sized machinery at all levels are carried out by operators. If the maintenance work cannot be undertaken by operators, it is assisted by maintenance professionals. The maintenance work above level two is undertaken by professionals and assisted by operators. Based on the characteristics of construction machinery that are not easy to be centrally maintained, maintenance work is carried out as much as possible in the location of the machinery.

8. All levels of maintenance have their own systematicity and completeness, and it is necessary to fulfill the maintenance procedures and rules according to the cycle, work items, and work depth as scheduled, without errors, and cannot only focus on high-end maintenance while neglecting primary maintenance.

9. In addition to scheduled maintenance, mechanical equipment also needs to be maintained in conjunction with parking maintenance, in season maintenance, and seasonal maintenance.
