Working principle

When operating the threading machine, first place the pipe to be threaded into the pipe chuck, hit and clamp it, press the start switch, and the pipe will roll with the chuck. Adjust the size of the die opening on the die head and set the length of the thread opening. Then turn the feed handwheel clockwise to make the die cutter on the die head firmly adhere to the end of the rolling pipe with a constant force. The die cutter will actively cut the threading, and the cooling system will actively spray oil to cool the die cutter. When the thread opening is processed to the predetermined length, the die cutter will automatically open, and the thread opening is completed. Close the power supply, open the chuck, and remove the pipe.
