Inappropriate fixtures used in CNC machine tools can significantly reduce their production power. The production power of the same machine tool varies several times. So, how should we choose suitable machine tool fixtures?
Machine tool fixture is a device used on machine tools to clamp workpieces (and guide cutting tools). Its function is to position the workpiece so that it can obtain precise orientation relative to the machine tool and cutting tool, and firmly clamp the workpiece. When selecting fixtures, the following points are generally considered:

(2) When producing in batches, we only consider using specialized fixtures and strive for simple construction.
(3) Loading and unloading workpieces should be agile and convenient to reduce machine downtime.
(4) The fixture should be installed accurately and securely on the machine tool to ensure that the workpiece is machined in a precise orientation.

1. Combination fixture
Combination fixture, also known as "building block fixture", is composed of a series of machine tool fixture components with standardized planning, different functions, and different standard scales. Combination fixtures also have advantages such as high working power, high positioning accuracy, flexible clamping, cyclic reuse, energy-saving and material saving in production, and low operating costs.
2. Fine combination flat pliers
Fine combination flat pliers are actually "components" in combination fixtures. Compared with other combination fixture components, they have stronger universality, higher standardization, easier application, and more reliable clamping. Therefore, they have been widely used on a global scale.
3. Electric permanent magnet fixture
Electric permanent magnet fixture is a new type of fixture designed using modern magnetic circuit principles with neodymium iron boron and other new permanent magnet materials as magnetic sources. Many machining internships have shown that electric permanent magnet fixtures can significantly improve the inductive machining efficiency of CNC machine tools and machining bases.
