The grouting between the equipment base and the foundation shall be carried out after the equipment is aligned and leveled, the anchor bolts are tightened, and all inspection items are qualified. Grouting materials are generally selected by planning, and it is advisable to use non shrink concrete or slightly swollen concrete.

5. Equipment cleaning and equipment

Cleaning: Cleaning can be divided into rust removal and corrosion cleaning, grease cleaning, degreasing, hydraulic and smooth pipeline cleaning, and other types; Divided into two periods: acid washing and flushing; Debugging and operation must be completed before the equipment trial run to ensure smooth operation and oil supply.

Equipment: Firstly, in the process of mechanical equipment, the electromechanical equipment of on-site equipment includes: joint and fastening; Union, clutch, brake; Bearing; Drive belt; Chain and gear; Sealing components and other equipment. Secondly, after cleaning the equipment, there should be no burrs or dirt on the cooperating and processing surfaces, and the oil circuit should be clean and unobstructed. In the equipment, the smooth points that require the addition of smoothing agent should be filled with qualified and appropriate quantity of smoothing agent according to the planned rules.

Ultimately, equipment operation is not allowed to damage the equipment. When dealing with large and heavy components and equipment, the levelness or straightness should be adjusted while suspended. If necessary, guiding devices should be installed, and the lifting and lowering should be smooth and precise. The appearance of equipment components should be smoothed with oil.
