1. Fixed transport machines should be installed on a fixed foundation according to the prescribed equipment methods. Before the mobile conveyor officially starts working, the wheels should be wedged with triangular wooden wedges or braked with brakes. To avoid movement during work, when multiple transport machines are operating in parallel, there should be a one meter passage between machines and between machines and walls.
2. Before using the transport machine, it is necessary to check whether the working parts, tape buckles, and load-bearing equipment are normal, and whether the protective covers are complete. The tension of the tape must be adjusted to an appropriate level before starting.
3. The belt conveyor should be started without load for 3-5 minutes. Only after the work is normal can the material be loaded. Stop loading before driving. Stop the main drum of the belt conveyor from falling into the material pile. Stop splashing water on the belt and drum at will.
When there are signs of tape deviation, slipping, jumping, etc. during work, it is forbidden to use pedals, hand pulling, pressing rods, or stuffing things between the wheel and belt to deal with them. Adjustments should be made while the equipment is suspended and the power supply is blocked to prevent maintenance while working. Do not force the use with illness, to avoid wear and tear on the edges and adding load.
5. Stop people from getting on or riding on the belt. When the equipment is working, it is forbidden to touch the working parts of the equipment with hands; Stop crossing the work belt.
6. The motor of the conveyor must have excellent insulation. Do not pull or drag the cables of the mobile conveyor randomly. The electric motor should be firmly grounded.
7. The belt conveyor should be started with no load. Wait until the work is normal before feeding. Stop feeding before driving.
When the rare machine conveyor is connected in series, it should be started in sequence from the unloading end. Only after all work is normal can the material be fed in.
9. The working environment and the temperature of the delivered materials shall not exceed 50 ℃ and shall not be lower than -10 ℃. Materials containing acidic or alkaline oils and organic solvents shall not be transported.
10. Before parking, the feeding must be stopped first, and parking can only be done after all the materials stored on the belt have been unloaded.
11. After each use, place the equipment in a safe location and conduct necessary inspections to clean the equipment.
