Introduction to Conveyor
The so-called conveyor is a general term for mechanical equipment, referring to equipment and machinery used to provide conveying functions. Belt conveyor
Its application is very common, also known as belt conveyor, which is mostly used for horizontal and inclined conveying of block or granular and single piece items. It can be used in both small conveying capacity and short interval situations, as well as large conveying capacity and long interval transportation of materials, with the characteristics of low power consumption and economical use. The structure and working principle of the belt conveyor are shown in Figure 1. It mainly includes several parts such as tape, supporting device, driving device, launching device, tensioning device and its subordinate devices.

Chain plate conveyor
Chain plate conveyor is rare in industrial production and can meet the requirements of single column conveying such as beverage labeling and filling. It can also transform single columns into multiple columns and move slowly, resulting in storage capacity and meeting the requirements of small amount feeding for sterilization machines, bottle storage platforms, and cold bottle machines. Chain plate materials for chain plate conveyor include carbon steel, stainless steel, and thermoplastic chains. Depending on the needs of your product, different widths and shapes of chain plates can be selected to complete three-dimensional conveying, three-dimensional turning, lifting, lowering, and other requirements. The conveying surface of the chain plate conveyor is flat, lubricated, and has low friction, causing material to experience transitional bumps between the conveyor lines. The specifications and types of chain plate conveyors are single, and can be selected according to the requirements of conveying processes such as Hongzun, which can meet the needs of various industries.
Scale conveyor
Scale conveyor is a type of plate conveyor commonly used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and cement. It is an essential equipment for raw material disposal or continuous production processes, and is particularly suitable for conveying large and sharp materials. This series of conveyors has the characteristics of complex structure, reliable operation, long service life, and complex installation and maintenance. There are no special requirements for material particle size, block shape, or task environment. The weight of a single material (piece) transported can reach 70-120kg, and the length of the conveyor can reach 40-80 meters, allowing for a 25 ° inclination angle for transportation. The scale conveyor can be used to transport various block or loose materials from the storage bin to the crusher, conveyor or other task machinery in a horizontal or inclined direction. There are light and medium types. This series of conveyors is suitable for conveying bulk and powdered materials, and is an upgraded product of material equipment in cement plants. It is commonly used for conveying bulk materials and is also suitable for conveying sharp and hot materials.
Vertical Continued Conveyor
The vertical conveyor can continuously transport materials vertically, ensuring that the continuous conveyor at different heights maintains a smooth material transport. It can also be said that vertical conveyors are important equipment for connecting conveyor systems between different floors into a larger and continuous conveyor system.
Task principle: The driving device of the vertical conveyor, the vibration motor, is installed at the bottom of the conveyor tower. Two vibration motors are symmetrically inserted and installed. The conveyor tower consists of a pipe body and a spiral conveyor groove welded around the pipe body. The conveyor tower is mounted on a vibration reduction device, which consists of a base and an isolation spring.
When the vertical conveyor is in operation, according to the self synchronization principle of the dual vibration motor, the vibration force is generated by the vibration motor. Forcing the entire conveying tower to undergo a spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion, the material in the spiral groove is subjected to the action of the conveying groove and undergoes a uniform throwing circular motion, moving upward along the conveying groove to complete the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material.
Spiral conveyor
Spiral conveyor is a type of continuous conveying machinery without traction components. There are no rotating parts outside the machine slot except for the transmission device. Spiral conveyors have the advantages of complex structure, small footprint, easy sealing of equipment, convenient multi-point loading and unloading, and complex management and operation. They are commonly used to transport various powdered and granular materials such as raw materials, coal powder, cement, and slag in horizontal or less than 20 degree inclined directions. It can also be used as a feeding machine or to complete mixing operations while conveying.
TH type bucket elevator
The TH type bucket elevator has significant advantages such as large conveying capacity, high lifting degree, reliable operation with bumps, and long service life. Its main technical performance and parameters conform to international standards and advanced foreign standards for vertical bucket elevators; The traction adopts a circular chain, which is compatible with the high-strength circular chain used in mining. There are two types of transmission devices for this bucket elevator, distinguished by ZJ type accelerator and ZQ type accelerator. The ZJ type shaft mounted accelerator is directly mounted on the spindle head, eliminating the need for a hoist transmission platform, coupling, etc., making the TH type bucket type lifting mechanism compact, lightweight, and equipped with a special-shaped roller backstop on the outside, which is reliable. The accelerator has low noise, runs bumpy, and floats with the main shaft, eliminating installation stress. The maximum conveying capacity of this machine is 365m3/h, and the maximum lifting height is 50m.
