The fully active carding and netting production line is currently the most advanced netting equipment in China, widely used in the production of netting cotton tires. The production line occupies a small area, saves labor, and is easy to operate. Some carding machines use frequency converters to control the amount of cotton tires. Some others use the most advanced PLC imitation program control in China, with a high degree of automation. Among them, some grinding products are our patented products, which use space to complete the entire kneading (grinding) process, which is more sensitive than the original flat layout, greatly reducing the occupied area of the factory and saving labor.
The entire production line is divided into five major categories:
1 Cotton feeding and carding: This production line can be matched with 1-8 A186f type cover plate carding machines, and all cotton feeding machines are equipped with a combination of light controlled cotton feeding machines and pneumatic cotton boxes.
2. Cotton laying: The high-speed horizontal (vertical) variable frequency cotton laying machine is matched with the A186F carding machine to even fold the cotton net comb by the carding machine, lay the cotton net to the required width and thickness, and send it to the next process after being pressurized.
3. Some types of mesh: cross the surface of the cotton tire vertically and diagnostically (three layers in total, one vertical layer and two diagonal layers). After the diagonal yarn is wrapped, there are independent small grinders to shape the yarn. The mesh process adopts advanced picking skills, and the diagonal yarn uses patented thread clamping skills to make the mesh more uniform, and the cotton tire looser and more beautiful.
4. Leading yard break and edge wrapping techniques: precise and error free yard break can be achieved without the need for dedicated control. Active cutting and edge wrapping (both ends wrapped)
5 The shaping of the grinding disc is somewhat: a patented product - an overlapping multi-layer grinder is used to break in and bond the cotton yarn with the cotton tire fibers, causing pilling and adding cotton tire strength. Make the cotton tire break in more firmly, have more pilling, higher strength, and have the advantages of small footprint and high power.
