The current situation of the repair industry

In foreign countries, industrialized countries attach great importance to the development of the repair industry, with dedicated repair agencies, diverse forms of repair companies, mature repair markets, and more than 50 years of history of private repair groups. They often hold large-scale academic conferences on repair equipment strategy, repair theory, and repair technology, which effectively promote the development of the repair industry. Reform Proposal for the Repair System

The transformation of repair constitution affects the normal operation and healthy development of the repair industry. In order to coordinate the repair of mechanical equipment with the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to establish a suitable repair system.

At the top of the list, it is necessary to establish a unified handling department as soon as possible, carry out macro-control of the construction machinery repair industry, and plan its overall development.

Secondly, we need to increase the legislative and legal strength of the profession, formulate systematic and comprehensive regulations, guidelines, and norms, so that the repair industry has a legal basis and evidence to rely on, and accelerate the pace of development from administrative command based to law based.

Thirdly, actively create an external environment for the diversified development of the mechanical equipment repair industry. Formulate financial and tax preferential policies to support the development of the repair industry, reasonably introduce foreign investment, increase merger and restructuring efforts, and change the relatively single nature of repair companies. Adopting flexible and diverse forms of handling, gradually forming a situation where multiple companies coexist, including joint ventures, sole proprietorships, groups, and private enterprises, and compete and complement each other.
