The commonly used methods for conveyor belt joints include mechanical joints, cold bonding joints, and hot vulcanization joint numbers.
Mechanical joint

Usually refers to the use of belt buckle joints, which are convenient and economical. However, the efficiency of the joints is low, and they are easily damaged, which has a certain impact on the service life of conveyor belt products. In PVC and PVG whole core flame-retardant and anti-static conveyor belt joints, this joint method is usually used for products with grade 8 or below. Using buckles to connect is equivalent to 28% -45% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself.
Cold adhesive joint

Choose cold adhesive for the joint. This type of joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joints, and should have a better joint effect. However, from the internship, it is difficult to grasp the technical conditions and the quality of the adhesive has a significant impact on the joint, so it is not very stable. Using cold adhesive to bond is equivalent to 40% -55% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself.
Hot vulcanization joint

Internship certification is the most ideal method of joint connection, which can ensure high joint efficiency, stability, and a long joint lifespan. It is easy to grasp. But there are defects such as technical complexity, high cost, and long connection time. Using mechanical hot vulcanization bonding is equivalent to 60% -80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself.
