An assembly line is a machine that continuously transports goods and transfers them along a certain route, also known as a conveyor line or conveyor. According to the transportation series of products, they can be roughly divided into seven types of assembly lines: belt assembly line, plate chain line, multiple chain line, plug-in line, mesh belt line, suspension line, and drum assembly line. It usually includes traction components, load-bearing components, driving equipment, tensioning equipment, steering equipment, and supporting components. Assembly line transportation has the advantages of large capacity, long transportation distance, and the ability to complete several technical operations together during the transportation process, so it is widely used.
The use of assembly line equipment in major factories continues to increase, and the quality of assembly lines ranks first. However, the design of assembly line layout is also an important aspect. Let's take a look at the requirements for the layout design of assembly line equipment.
The graphic design of the assembly line should ensure the shortest transportation path for parts, convenient operation for production workers, convenient operation for auxiliary service departments, the most effective use of production area, and consider the interconnection between assembly line equipment. To meet these requests, consideration should be given to the layout of the assembly line and the placement of the assembly line equipment in the work area.
Equipment process of assembly line:
1. Equipment key: Machine head positioning: Select the orientation of the incoming line, position the machine head, loosen the screw of the large roller bearing seat of the machine head, pull up one end of the roller, and insert the belt into the roller.
2. Fixing the main frame: Arrange the pull body in pairs, with the holes facing downwards, arrange the feet, and then use short self tapping to fix the pull body to the feet. After the equipment is completed, fix the socket cable slot on the crossbeam above the feet, and then thread the drum on the foot with the drilled hole. Then, pull the belt from beginning to end and place the belt under the drum on the drum that has been threaded on the foot. Thread the drum on the area with holes on the pull body, and then cover the upper belt on the drum. Thread it onto the tail of the machine, and slightly tighten the screw rod on the tail of the machine.
3. Fixed lamp bracket: Place the lamp bracket on the corresponding foot and fix the equipment. Place the lamp on the protruding part of the lamp bracket top to fix the lighting. Fix the lighting on the lamp bracket, connect the wiring throughout the line, and distribute the lamp spacing evenly according to the length of the pull.
4. Fixing the exterior platform: According to the customer's request, determine the height of the exterior platform, using a 20 * 30 flat tube with holes facing downwards, and fix it on the inside of the lamp stand. After fixing, install the wooden board of the exterior platform and fix it with screws from the perforated area.
5. Fixing the long platform: First, fix the prepared tripod on the feet, leaving a position for the wooden board and rubber during fixation. Install it exactly flush with the pull body, and then fix the 20 * 40 flat tube on the tripod. Arrange the wooden board and fix it on the pull body with a universal angle iron on the inside to support it. When fixation, also leave the thickness of the wooden board flush with the tripod. At least two boards should be fixed on one board, and the rubber with rubber should be pasted and the wooden line should be tied. If there is no rubber, only the orientation of the wooden board needs to be left.
