After daily shutdown, clean the paper scraps and debris on the overpass and around the vacuum adsorption equipment
Check every week if all bolts are loose, especially on the single-sided machine. If they are loose, tighten them to prevent them from falling and damaging the corrugated rollers.
Check the transmission chain and conveyor belt weekly to ensure they are not too loose. If they are too loose, tighten them and add appropriate oil to the bearings and screws every week.
Blow the suction groove on the suction fan with high-pressure air every week to avoid paper scraps blocking the suction port.
Remove the air duct of the fan every month and blow high-pressure air from the inlet towards the outlet to clean up any paper scraps, residue, or other debris inside the fan.
 
Protection and maintenance of double-layer coating machine
 
The cleaning operation of the machine is usually carried out immediately when the tile line stops working. If the slurry lake condenses due to prolonged parking, accumulating paper scraps and the scraper becomes dry and hard, it will make the cleaning operation even more difficult.
Adjust the gap between the glue roller and the scraper roller as much as possible. Close the glue inlet valve. Remove the paste blocking plate and drain the paste in the paste tray clean. Remove or lower the paste tray. Use a water gun to spray and wash the glue roller, scraper roller, and scraper plate. Use a hard bristled brush to wipe the surface of each roller and all parts of the scraper plate until there is no paste on each roller. Use a non-metallic scraper to clean the accumulated paste on both sides of each roller's end face and shaft. Clean the paste tray with water until it is clean, let the water flow clean, then place the paste tray in the normal position and fix it. Check the surface temperature of the preheating roller every week to see if it is normal, and check if there are any leaks in the steam pipeline components and if the drain valve is blocked. If there are any questions, they should be dealt with immediately. Check if each bolt is loose every week, and fix it if it is loose. Apply lubricating grease to each bearing every week. Check the parallelism of the glue roller and scraper roller every week. The parallelism should be 0.3 millimeters, and the data at both ends should be consistent. If there are any questions, repair them immediately. Check the air circuit every day for any leaks, and repair them immediately if there are any. Check for oil and water in the pneumatic triad. No oil for refueling, water for draining. Add lubricating oil to the gear sleeve for migraines every week
