(4) Main control system for the entire line: The control system based on fieldbus Profibus DP is selected, which not only has extremely high real-time performance, but also extremely high reliability.
(5) Barcode data collection system: It enables various product production information to have standardized, accurate, real-time, and traceable characteristics. The system uses advanced file servers and large capacity storage devices to quickly collect and process on-site production data.
(6) Product proactive testing system: Testing the final product performance indicators and transferring non-conforming products to the repair line.
(7) Production line monitoring/scheduling/processing system: A three-level network consisting of processing layer, monitoring layer, and equipment layer is selected to comprehensively monitor, schedule, and process all production lines. It can accept workshop production plans, actively allocate tasks, and complete automated production.
