These three products are complete sets of road construction machinery independently developed by XX Group, which have multiple international advanced technologies such as intelligent integrated control, group intelligent joint operation, and remote monitoring. At present, in the field of road machinery, pavers, double drum rollers, and asphalt mixing stations are the main models, and transmission and control technology are the main judgment criteria. Based on the progress of the application of the three major technologies of machinery, electricity, and hydraulics, and combined with the comprehensive judgment of the development process of road machinery in China from its inception to maturity, it can be roughly divided into four generations. In the progress of these four generations of products, XX has always played an important role in leading the development of the industry.
Since entering the road roller industry in the 1950s, XX has always been at the forefront of road machinery products. It is worth mentioning that in 1999, XX pioneered the technology of stabilized soil paver worldwide and successfully developed the world's first multifunctional stabilized soil paver. XX's fourth generation road machinery products have caught up with and surpassed the world's advanced level in some technologies. Especially the speed frequency management expert system and ultimate pressure equalization technology of the double drum vibratory roller; The landmark technologies of the paver products, such as the density automatic control technology based on the principle of equal vibration distance, the anti segregation technology of spiral material separation, and the remote intelligent service control technology, are all XX patents and core proprietary technologies with independent intellectual property rights.
Of particular note is that XX has overcome the global challenge of high-frequency vibration technology for double drum vibratory rollers. Currently, only XX and two other foreign companies have successfully applied the 67 Hz high-frequency vibration technology worldwide.
