Quality control of equipment transportation and handover
（1） Inspection before leaving the factory
In order to avoid rusting of parts and make the equipment beautiful and harmonious, as well as to meet other needs, it is necessary for the equipment manufacturing unit to apply rust proof grease or paint to the parts and equipment. This work is also carried out during the production and installation of parts. Before the equipment is transported to the site, the project supervision organization should check the protective and packaging methods adopted by the equipment manufacturing unit for the equipment to be transported according to the planning requirements, and should inspect the storage and installation requirements of the equipment, as well as whether the relevant random documents, packing lists, and attachments are complete. After meeting the requirements, they can only be shipped after being signed and approved by the chief supervision engineer.
（2） Quality control of equipment transportation
To ensure the quality of the equipment, the manufacturing unit should do a good job of packaging and formulate a reasonable transportation plan before the equipment is shipped. The project supervision organization shall inspect the quality of equipment packaging and review the equipment transportation plan.
1. Basic packaging requirements
(1) Is it necessary for equipment to undergo multiple loading, unloading, and transfers during transportation? Take outstanding measures to protect against moisture, dampness, dust, rust, and shock to ensure the safe and undamaged transportation of equipment to the installation site.
(2) It is necessary to package in accordance with national or global packaging standards and the shipping packaging terms agreed upon in the purchase contract, and to meet the inspection requirements of the box inspection organization.
(3) Before transportation, the placement method, loading and unloading lifting position, etc. should be marked.
Before transportation, relevant random documents, packing lists, and attachments of the equipment and its accessories should be checked and inspected.
2. Viewing the shipping plan
